Vera Lite stuck on "loading data"

I just tried to add a manual route for a Fibaro switch. Afterwards the Vera stuck on “loading data”. I tried rebooting but still get the same message, plus a screen saying

Luup engine is taking longer to reload.
Try again
You can try to reboot your unit
Reboot
If the problem persist, please contact tech support
Request tech support

I can ping the Vera and connect using ssh.

I’ve filled in the forms to contact technical support, but can anyone here offer any help?

Note: pressing the reset button twice does not do anything.
The Vera has blue, orange and green LED’s lit solid.

Panic over. Managed to reset it using a long press of the reset button (rather than two quick presses)
