Vera Lite offline

Dear staff,

I send you this message because my Vera Lite appears offline. It used to work perfectly but is now appearing offline and I don’t know any reasons why, the internet is working ; the dashboard seems to find it, it upgrades the firmware but then it shows offline on the dashboard as you will see in the picture enclosed.

Do you have a procedure I could follow or is there anything you can do remotely to reactivate it ?
I tried to search this forum already but nothing worked for me so far…

I need it to secure my entrance door when I’m traveling abroad and I have a trip planned tomorrow.

thanks for you reply, I’ve just checkec the procedure and I cannot get the first step to work :

“Paste the IP address of your controller http://192.168.1.12/cmh into a browser via a PC that has to be connected to the same router as the controller.”

I pasted this exact address you gave me (http://192.168.1.12/cmh) in firefox and chrome but I get a the website is not available response. Do I do this right or should I do something else ?
