Vera lite network light is quickly blinking and no connection possible

Hi,
I cannot connect to my vera lite (1.5.332). I tried to connect it to the PC directly, using the 192.168.81.2 address for the PC and 192.168.81.1 for the vera, but I cannot connect to it too.
Could I use the Vera3_upgrade_tool and latest-Vera3-recovery-firmware to flash the vera light?
I already use the vera 3 upgrade tool and it recognize my vera but not flash for the moment

For the record, I had a problem where by WAN light was continuously blinking and I could not connect to my Vera.

I finally worked out that I had enabled the DHCP on two of my routers at the same time. It didn’t appear to have caused a problem on other devices but it caused the above problem on Vera.

Just recording it here in case it helps anyone.

That happened to me like 2 weeks ago. In my case it was a bad power over line adapter that I had veralite hooked to it. After I replace it with a new one it worked flawlessly.
