My vera edge service light is blinking quickly and I have no access to it through the internet, all the other lights are solid
Please help.
I would also feel the same. I am in contact with Vera support

Hello, according to the Vera support:
1-turn on Vera
2-press and hold for 20 seconds the reset button
3-automatically restart default
I’ve got this same issue going on. Vera was working perfectly this AM, went to lunch, came back ,and it’s dead.
Power, Internet, Wifi lights are solid, Z-wave is OFF, Service light blinking rapidly.
I’ve tried resetting…when I reset it goes to power light blinking, Internet OFF, and Wifi, Z-wave, and Service solid…and stays that way.
Nothing will make all the lights go back on…I can’t access it via the remote log-in or via the LAN IP address.
Anybody have any thoughts? I really need this thing working as I have some guests coming soon and it’s the only way to turn on my landscape lighting. I swear Vera seems to break on me whenever I REALLY need it. 
So I keep trying to reset it. I hit and held the button for 20-30 seconds a few times…I managed to get some different sequences of blinking lights, but ultimately, I always end up with the same end result…Power, Internet and WiFi solid, Z-wave out, and Service light blinking quickly.
Anybody have any ideas? I submitted a service ticket, but I’m not sure what they can do since it’s not accessible.
just had the same issue, service light flashing like crazy, unplugged, does same, can not ping or anything
will try to reset to default and load backup - using 7.11 firmware
tried restoring defaults twice, no go, still flashing like crazy
but then for heck of it changed network cable and started working, not sure if was cable or the removing\adding the cable that helped, so try that

I had the exact same problem, I changed the network cable, it did not fix any problems, I then move the cable to another port on the router ET VOILA !!! this fixed the problem.

i have the same problem, no access to dashboard through explorer, but i can connect through ssh. Make resets a lot of times, but nothing! I writу to support, but still didn’t get answer.
