Vera edge locked up after upgrading to 1.7.2139

I’ve just upgraded my vera edge to 1.7.2139 and now I can’t reach it anymore. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I tried power-cycling and pressing the reset button. however I still can’t communicate to the Edge.

That’s what I had to do. Customer Care couldn’t get it to respond either, so they are sending me a new one. :-\
