Vera Edge issues - can it be my Kodi devices DNLA

Hi.

So my Vera Edge has been restarting and crashing over the last few days/couple of weeks. I raised a call with support and they came back with this:

But, I went ahead and did a few checks on your controller. From what I can see, there are two IPs in your local network that can cause problems. The problem is that those two devices are using the same port as Vera (port 49451) for some services. The devices that I?m talking about have the IP addresses 192.168.1.78 and 192.168.1.83. I am not 100% sure, but the reboot issue could be related to this. I would recommend you to try to disconnect those two devices for the next 48-72 hours and see if the reboots still occur.

The 2 IPS related to 2 (out of 4) Kodi boxes I have around the house. Has anyone else had this issue or offer any suggestions?

Yes, it’s possible. I’d follow the suggestion form support and try disconnecting them for a little while and see if the problem goes away. This is a perfectly logical and reasonable troubleshooting step.
