Vera crush again! Can't Access anymore!

My Vera crush few times over pass few weeks during upgrade and some network setting, i did manage to recover it using the rescue file by uploading the latest firmware through LAN … But this time, i have no luck,… Although i did the rescue same way and the file was successfully uploaded, after the reboot, i can’t access Vera anymore, the wifi also not being broadcast. I have tried few times now!!
Should there be any way out of this?

Alan, I suspect that if Vera becomes unavailable when changing the network settings, that probably means Vera was given an IP address that’s not in the normal range. Can you clarify what network settings you were changing when you lost contact?

If you want to restore to a factory default, and Vera is running, you can double click the black button as explained here: http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Factory_Reset

If, however, you unplugged Vera while in the middle of a firmware upgrade, then you have to use the restoration utility described here: http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Firmware_Flash

Hi, Micasa team, Sorry just reply late, I have gone thru’ all the method as mentioned before, Vera can’t be access as the Gateway can’t be detected while connected by LAN. (Rescue and upload of latest firmware being done, and it always shown to be successful.) Any idea?

How do you connect your Vera to the internet? Directly to an adsl modem, or you plug it in your primary router? Do you set your network settings manually?
It will be better if you could enable Tech Support and then send us an trouble report and I’ll have a look at your settings.
