Vera controller not found by Manage Google Home

For about 12 hours now all of my Vera Plus devices disappeared from my Google Home App. The Works With Google service “Vera Smarter Home” also disappeared. When I try to add Vera Smarter Home to the Google Home App I get a message that no devices were found. When I log into home.gertvera.com, my controller is found. But when I choose Manage Google Home I get the message that no controllers were found. Rebooting Vera does not help.

Using Vera with the Google assistant seems to be broken.

Anyone else having this problem?

It’s been like this off and on for days. Even status.getvera.com is broken.

Luckily local control (and even the app) are still working.

I have used Vera for years and mostly loved it. But now, it seems to be an orphan product. I will be switching to Hubitat soon.

Hello @MrCoal and @jsnsmyth

We are experiencing server side issues but our team is working to solve them as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

All seems to be working now. Thanks for fixing this.

The only thing I had to do was reestablish what devices and scenes I wanted to use with Google home under Manage Google Home, and add the devices and scenes that disappeared from my Google Home Automations.

We are back to having voice control of my Vera devices. Thanks.
