Vera Comm error 3

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone of you came across this issue and if you could help me with this issue. I am trying to remove a few deices from my network and when I either initiate the add or remove process, it comes with “Comm error 3”. Any idea? Thanks in advance.
