Hello,
I have a new Vera behind a load balancing firewall. I do have a rule established to do strict binding of the Vera’s IP Address to only one of the WANN ports (just in case). I also have port 22 (SSH) open on TCP and UDP.
Whe I login to FindVera.com the pages tell me there is a communication error. I am able to access the Vera locally using its IP Address. I do see where the configuration of the Vera is backed up on the FindVera.com site – so some communication is happening.
I have “Tech Support” enabled under the Advanced Configuration pages.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this further.
