So i just found out that Vera plus deletes unconfigured devices, happened 3 times with 2 Zigbee devices and so I tested 2 z-wave devices and it happened after a few hrs if it registers as Generic IO_ it will register then after a few hrs it will delete the device but it the main device is configured properly it will stay on the network. I think @rafale77 found that out previously.
