Vera Alerts : Exceeded Max Recipients for your registration level!

Richard, I have VeraAlerts for 3 different Veras (2 x Vera3 and one Vera Edge) - for the VeraEdge I have two profiles and one license but i still get the Vera Alerts : Exceeded Max Recipients for your registration level! and it stops sending alerts. Anything I’m missing - the other two Veras never had an issue

Are you using SMTP profile ? Each email address is considered it’s own profile … i.e. it dynamically creates a profile when you send to a new email address.

Email me your “Vera Alerts” report.
Also, do you send any Vera Alerts from LUA code ? If So I will need to see your code there.
