I have a Vera3 installed to control 15 thermostats. It will work for a few days, maybe a week. But then I will get this error:
"Unable to communicate with your unit. Please be sure the unit is powered and connected to Internet.
Try again
Setup your network or
Upgrade your firmware or
Activate remote assistance
Request tech support"
I’ve closed my browser and re-logged in, even switched to a different browser.
When I go to the site I find the Z-wave light is out. I restart the Vera and the cycle repeats.
What is going wrong?

Hi
I have the same problem, week after week. I loose the Zwave and the internet connections. The unit does not appear to be overloaded and all other devices on the sub-net remain functioning. Would like to pull the logs to see what is happening but not sure what to access.
Any ideas?
Don
If you don’t want to spend the time with Vera support debugging, one solution may be to force a reboot every night.
