Vera 2 connectivity issue

I have installed Vera & connected to my Wi-fi router. The various control devices includes HTC Android device(Home Buddy) & Apple iPod(Square Remote HD). As of now i am controlling locally using these devices & applications.

Currently the problem i am facing is at times the Vera just doesn’t respond to my command from Square Remote HD nor i am able to connect to the dashboard (MIOS Administration page) using my laptop (all in same Home Network). At the same time it responds to the command from Home Buddy. I am not being able to understand the reason behind the unstable system. Please help.

I have a similar configuration. No problems here to access locally or remotely using either the dashboard or a mobile app.

What version of firmware is on your Vera2?
What version of UI are you using? UI4 or UI5?
How do you connect to the dashboard? Via mios.com or directly to the local IP address? (I can do both)
What browser are you using?

When connected to the dashboard, (Assuming UI5, it may be slightly different under UI4)
Under the SETUP tab, go to the Net &Wifi subtab. Doe sit say in green text ‘internet access is OK’ just above the 2 check boxes for fail safe tunnels and Auto detect?
Try clicking the ‘Troubleshoot network’ button on the same tab and perhaps pots the output.

The Firmware version is 1.1.1245.
The UI version is UI4.
I connect dashboard using both mios.com & using local IP address. But majorly using my local IP address.
Browser i am using is Firefox & Chrome.

But the actually issue i am facing is connectivity. The internet connect on my laptop is fine. But the vera just freezes. Nor does my Square Remote HD, Nor does iVera gets connected to the Vera. And nor does the Dashboard gets started using my local IP address. Either i have to restart my Vera or wait till it will suddenly start working fine.

Once it gets connected, I can see the dashboard & net wifi settings as you said. Also all other applications are working fine.

I dont know how to sort it out.

You may wish to consider opening a trouble ticket with MCV support to have this addressed.

I removed all the devices from the dashboard. Tried the HEAL process & it has helped somewhat. But some new trouble has again made it unstable. check the below link & help if you can.
