Using PLEG to Schedule lights for random on/off

I’m trying to set up PLEG so if security is “Armed away” and it is night, then several lights will turn on and off at random times to simulate a “lived in” look.
Anyone acheive this via PLEG? I have had no luck using the Ghost plugin.
