Greetings… I’m new to the forum and the Veralite.
All went well with the setup until I try to add a new user. Username/email already exists is the message I get… no matter what the email address or user name. I’m using 1.7.513.
Any ideas?
Log a support ticket, that would be the fastest fix for it.
Chances are that the user name you are trying to add has already been taken by someone else. Even if you had a user name on Ui5, the backend database for Ui7 is a different instance with no knowledge of which Ui5 users belong to whom. So on Ui7 it’s first come, first serve. where user names are concerned.
