Usage goes below trigger

I am on fw 1.7.318 and what I think is the latest UI.

I have an AEON appliance switch that reports watt usage.

I have it connected to an dehumidifyer. In the previous version of the UI I could make a trigger for when usage fell below a certain value. Now my only options are if usage goes above x

I used this to alert me for a full bucket as the energy useage would fall to near zero when the container is full.

So my question is whether this is no longer possible.
