If you have told the customer support your serial number in previous casesi there is no need to do it again of course. The reason we are asking your support here is to get the detailed logs/information at the exact time of experience having these difficulties. So that we can address the problem specifically and solve it faster.

Dashboard becomes unresponsive when left on the background. (Can you give more info for the platform used here ? Is it mobile IOS /android or web(ezlogic) ?

Remove a sensor. So whats the experience here ? did you try the delete button on mobile interface ?

Also we introduced delete button on the ezlogic device settings as well. Did you also try that ?

Where are you trying to see the room temp and cannot see it ? Whats the environment. Is it Vera mobile app or dashboard ?

In dashboard here it shows the setpoint.
