Is there a way to make a unit, such as a light switch, immediately report its change of status (off or on) to Vera?
Certain light switches, like Leviton’s Vizia RF line, will do that. Lutron owns a patent on instant status, so a lot of ZWave gear can’t do it, and Vera must poll to get an update on the state chane… Leading to delays.
Do you know of any other brands other than Leviton that have that feature?

What further complicates the matter is that early versions of some devices had the functionality, only to have it removed in newer versions (presumably due to a patent claim)
