Unable to reset password

I am a Vera lite user and my mobile app password stopped working for some reason. I tried to change the password locally on my desktop, but it didn’t seem to do it. It never gives any kind of confirmation or failure notice. I’m able to use my desktop for my vera lite, but I can’t use the mobile app until I reset the password now. I tried also using this link: Login but I got a message saying “Password Reset Failure”…I tried to send a tech support request, but the ticket has gone unanswered for 3 days (ticket 109209)…Help!! Not sure what to do next. I’d really like to be able to use my mobile app again.

I solved my issue…I was using the wrong site to reset the password. The correct one for my version is https://cp.mios.com. Maybe that will help someone else too.
