Hi, I have a ver 3 and just bought a foscam 8918W, however vera can’t detect foscam when I manually add the device with the correct IP address and /snapshot.cgi I can’t see any image at all. read through the forum still at lost…can anyone assist? Thanks.

There are two tabs (Settings & Advanced) requiring IP:Port/UN/PW
Actually, the Advanced tab asks for it twice, so there are a total of three area’s.

The username and password from the Advanced tab are the same ones from the Settings tab. Setting them in Setting is the same as setting them in Advanced.
On UI4 the username and password were state variables. These are the ones that start with capital letters: Username, Password. On UI5 the username and password are attributes. These are the ones that are all lowercase.
