"Unable to get any information"

I have a ZRW113 that stopped working when I switched from Vera1 to Vera2. Was working fine but now says “getting name” and then hangs up when trying to configure. It see all the neighbors and nearby switches work fine. The switch is red/bricked and no one at MCV tech support can help. Thoughts?

I have tried to “heal” and re-add the switch a million times. Same problem.

Put Vera close to the switch and do a configure node right now.

The switch is nowhere near the Vera…

Exactly. That’s probably the issue!

Did you unpair it from the first Vera first???

The Vera1 just died. I removed all the switches from the prior network with the Vera2 before re-adding them. My other ZRW113 works fine.

So JOD- I finally got some time and took your advice. I wired the ZRW113 to the switch nearest my Vera. It programmed right away. Then I put it back in the desired location and it still worked!!! Very odd. Thanks.
