Unable to control Schlage BE469NX Deadbolt

I am setting up my VeraLite, and I’m unable to get it to control my Schlage TouchScreen Deadbolt (BE469NX). I am able to get the device to “pair” with the VeraLite, but I recieve the error message: ERROR: Unable to get any information on node

I have tried removing the device and then re-adding, with the same result. Clearly I am missing something here, but I can’t figure out what. If any one has a step-by-step guide or link to one, that would be appreciated.

I have the VeraLite, with Firmware: 1.7.318

How far away is it from your Vera?

I am having the same problem. I was able to pair up, but I am getting the message “Failed to secure classes”

Check the firmware version of the lock itself. Older versions of the firmware would not work with Vera. Fortunately, Schlage support is quite responsive in getting you a newer version of the firmware, if that is your problem.

Actually - the above post is incorrect, as VeraLite doesn’t have the buttons that are referenced in the Schlage Lock section. Also - the instructions for resetting the Schlage lock but removing the batteries, etc. is incorrect based on the owner’s manual I have on the new lock I received today… Can someone help out here, realistically, with the Vera Lite model?
