Unable to connect to lock

I recently changed the batteries in my lock, and now I receive an error when trying to access the lock through the Vera website. The lock still works with the previously entered pin codes.

Any suggestions?

Hey there, Could you tell me the door lock brand and model? and which eZLO hub are you using currently ?

It is a Yale Lock.

It is controlled by Z-wave.

That is all the info I have, but if you tell me where to find additional info on the vera website, I would be happy to share.
