UI7 and MIOS Update Plugin

Hello,

I was searching “zwave_products_sys.xml” in “/etc/cmh” on my VeraEdge, but without success. It seems that it no longer exists ?

The plugin “MIOS Update Plugin” should be able to update this file : is it compatible with UI7 ?

Hi vosmont,

zwave_products_sys.xml is no longer used in UI7, it was replaced by KitDevice.json and KitDevice_Variable.json from “/www/cmh/kit”

Yes, you can modify it as you like but please note that after a firmware upgrade both KitDevice and KitDevice_Variable files will be replaced with the ones generated from our database.
If you have any other device that is not there, send me details about it and we can add it in database.

Is the plugin "MIOS Update Plugin" useful under UI7 ?

The plugin is not compatible with UI7 because the files updated by it are no longer used in UI7. It is still in appstore for UI5 users.
