In pleg i have a trigger for when light is turned on. this seems to be true even when light is already on
i have it in a condition
lighton AND loadlevelstatus > 60
action set loadleveltarget to 60
i only want this to happen when light is turned on first time not when changing level of dimmer after that
my second condition loadleveltarget < 26
action setloadlevel target 0
turn light of when dimmer is so low light is off anyway

after light turns on and set to level 60. If i increase level to 80 it resets to go

New some guidance for below scene, does not seem to work with the 2 minutes timer.
Is actually for my walkway light, i wanted it to light for 2 minutes during vera plugin in night mode when motion is detected, and the light timer should restart when motion is detected within 2 minutes and off but if no motion being detect within 1 minute, lights to be immediately off.
