Thanks for the tip Obbi, but what is really funny is that I can get this camera to display a jpeg in Irule with this URL (http://192.168.1.35/IMAGE.jpg?cidx=2114327395) and I can get an image to appear in my browser with (http://192.168.1.35/image/jpeg.cgi) but nothing works in Vera.
If anyone else has a trendnet going, please let me know how you did it.
Thanks

The only way I got it to work was to disable “user access control” in the IP751WC (under Configuration → User). Do you have a better solution?

Were you able to get it working in the Vera UI?

Below are what I believe the supported URL’s for the 751.

TV-IP751WC JPEG http://IPADDRESS/image/jpeg.cgi
TV-IP751WC MJPEG http://IPADDRESS/video/mjpg.cgi

Replace IPADDRESS with the IP address of your camera.

I’ve given up on Vera as the camera hub and handed of that function to Blue Iris running as a service on my WHS2011 box (That’s running 24/7 anyway) Working on having the 2 communicate now. I can still watch the camera’s through Vera but the main motion detecion and clip recording functions are performed by Blue Iris. Putting a little less strain on my Vera3 at the same time.

Jamr,

I have a Veralite on UI6. When I disabled “user access control” in the IP751WC menu, I got the camera to work on the MMS Vera app and the Vera UI. I don’t like disabling “user access control”, so I am currently living without my camera on my phone app and the Vera UI.

Thanks ch4757. I was able to get the camera to display to several different apps on my network but I was never able to get Vera to see this camera. Maybe just a bad camera?

Just picked one up for $50 on Amazon, had to create a second USER with User Access Control disabled using URL http://ipaddress/image/jpeg.cgi

Oh, if you get one of this units, the Cloud settings are enabled to Cloud Link is enabled by default, disable them if you are not going to use it.

Thanks for the info. Did you get it to show up in your Vera UI?

Yes, it does show up under the UI7 Interface and also the app.

Compared to my other camera, it is slower, but I think it might be because I changed the setting on the camera to have low compression.
