I just sold a Vera Plus. I did a factory reset before shipping it. Do I need to do anything else so that the new owner doesn’t have any problems when he tries to register it at getvera.com? Thanks for any info.
log into home.getvera.com and unregister it from your account would be a good thing.
I logged into my account but I don’t see where you can unregister anything.

One on the screen showing your controller(s), click the ADVANCED link for the controller you want to remove.
Unfortunately, I don’t think that will work for me since I already shipped the unit. I think I have to have the controller connected to do that. No controllers are showing up right now. Bummer!
