Where can I find the firmware version of the lock? The only thing close I see on the sticker attached to the keypad says “s/n 5.0000023” or something similar. is that 5.0 firmware?
PS: I googled this and searched the forum with no luck.
Did you look on the back of the owner’s manual that came with the lock? It lists the default codes and the firmware version.
If I remember correctly the firmware version is on a sticker on the instructions. You can call Schlage support. They are very helpful.
