Most of my PIR motion sensors have 100% battery after more than 8 months’ use. Is that something wrong with the battery reporting? Aeon 4 in 1 sensor’s battery goes down pretty fast though. Most of my PIR sensors are Ecolink.
As long as they are working right and reporting then you are good. An Everspring sensor I have states on their website 3 years of battery. I never get more than 13 days so consider yourself lucky.
lol but sometimes too good to be true is an issue, but there are more issues than this need to deal with
My Ecolink PIR has a 3V Lithium CR132A. It looks just like my Schlage PIR which states its battery life to be 26280 hours.
