Hello All,

I know there is some on going work to intergrate Texecom 48 panel with Vera - which is something thats on my wish list (when I actually get a hold of a Vera unit that is).

But in the mean time all i want to do is to be able to Full Arm, Part Arm and disable the unit remotely over a given network, is this possible?

Depending on the panel API and how it works then you should be able to create a few scenes with the luup tab to do this.

thanks for your reply strangely, but unfortunalt i dont know what LUUP Tab is…
It sounds like a programming term and i have very very little programming/coding experience.

I was hoping that someone may have cobbled together something like this and it would be a case of uploading it to the panel.
I have to say that I’m a little supprised to see that the comIP module come without a usable web interface.

The Luup tab is not too difficult to copy and paste some snippets of code into, and there are many here that can give advice on what needs to go in there! Do you have a copy of the ComIP programming interface document for the alarm panel?

I’ve sent Texecom an email requsing the SDK for the ComIP module.
I’ll be in touch as soon as i get that back.

sups - I’ve sent you a PM. If you contact me via e-mail I’d be happy to send you my Vera plug-in for the Texecom, which does what you require and a lot more besides. The plug-in is under development, but stable.

I believe the original poster does not have a Vera yet.

Reviving this after a while, but I have a new Texecom and comip and looking for any ability to link it to the vera I want to buy.
