Is there any way I can pull temperature from the web for a certain zip code. Maybe from weather.com or something. What I would like to do is pull the data off the web and if the temperature is below 32 then turn on a device. Possible?

There is a Weather plugin in the App Store that gets data from Weather Underground. See WeatherUnderground plugin and Weather board.
