Is it anybody who knows why Vera only shows integer values and not decimal?
I know Vera has some issues with Everyspring ST814 regarding its resolution, but I have Aeon 4-1 and Fibaro sensors
and they all show only integer.

This is a long standing issue. The problem isn’t with the ST814 - it’s with MCVs implementation of the temperature class in their z-wave driver. So, this problem is with all z-wave temperature sensors - you’ll find other temperature sensors (eg One Wire or RFX) don’t have this limitation.
