Support Ticket's

When you raise a support ticket from within Vera and it confirms email sent, should you get an automated reply back to your email account ? I am not getting any, myemail works , nothing in spam box.

I don’t remember getting any.

My last process was… ticket… week later they ask a question… I give them an answer in a few hours… wait a week… they said they fixed it and asks me to check… I check a few hours later and it still isn’t working… wait a week for them to ask another question… ect.

Was not very impressed with the process. I got emails from multiple people. Felt like my problem just got dumped from one person to another.
