Support Tickets

When you submit a support ticket, after it all gets uploaded and all that fun stuff, the server should then in turn send you a confirmation email that the ticket was received. I sent in a ticket a day or 2 ago and haven’t heard anything yet and don’t remember the ticket number.

When I’ve done this in the past I don’t recall a confirmation but they did get back to me by the next day. In fact I think it may have been the same day. I think as they sell more and more with all the issues they have it’s probably taking longer to get back to people.

I submitted a support ticket this past Monday through the website, I did not receive a confirmation either, so I submitted another ticket on Wednesday asking for one. Again no response, I just submitted another ticket today but through the Vera interface (which, unlike the web page, actually assigns you a ticket number) Hope this works, but maybe they are just really busy. Either way, I agree an automated response would be nice.

This week we where really busy with the beta release for the luup version. Next week I’ll try to add an option so the submitted ticked is also sent to the user.

I understand you are busy, but is there an ETA on to when MCV will be resuming support? I have an unstable 2.48 firmware on USB dongle and need to exchange it for a new stable version. I’ve submitted a ticket nearly 2 weeks ago with no response yet. Thanks, and I look forward to seeing LuuP in action

We’ve replied to all the support tickets we could. I see yours is in the ‘waiting for new dongle’ batch and we’re just waiting for delivery confirmation on the dongles. As soon as they come in we’ll post an official announcement in the forum.

I did get a reply a few days ago, but haven’t had the chance yet to try the steps that were asked of me. As soon as I get a chance though, I will.
