Strange behavior Fibaro Wall Swith on Vera Lite

I have added a Fibaro Wall Switch to my Vera Lite controller and all was installed smoothly without any errors.

When I click On or Off in the browser I get the message “Transmit was OK”, but the switch does not respond.

When I click the button on the Wall Switch I actually see the On / Off button in the browser change.

Any suggestions how I can resolve this issue?

I would give the model number of the Fibaro switch and the firmware version your Vera Lite is running?
