I’m trying to figure why the Sonos app isn’t working on my Vera Mobile. I can use it on my PC, but when I log into the app I can see that the device is there just none of the buttons show up. I’ve tried loading the app on both my phone and tablet with the same results.

This is a common issue with all plugins and there is not anything the plugin developer can do about it. The Apps only work with the standard devices from Vera and not with the plugins. Vera would need to build the Sonos plugin capabilities into their app. Chances on that is close to zero. You will have to use the Sonos app to control your Sonos device.
