[SOLVED] Upgraded to UI7 and Beta 3 - Not sending commands

Hi Guys.

I have the Veralite, just upgraded to UI7 and Beta 3. I’m trying to get my Lightwave RF gear working (it did previously).

The Veralite is seeing the devices as when i create a new device through the RFX plugin it successfully pairs with the lights. When i send the on/off command, it successfully sends from the Veralight and shows a status change, but the actual device does not switch on/off.

Anyone seen this? Thanks

I had something similar. I did two things: delete all LWRF devices including the RFX and reinstalled RFX. Just to make sure I took the Vera and RFX closer to the LWRF device. Seemed to work for me.

Nope. I’ve tried and tried and i cannot get the system back to a working state. Factory reset and back in UI5. I only have LightwaveRF protocol enabled. Updated the RFXTRX. Created a Lightwave RF dimmable switch (it creates 2 devices). Put the switch into a discoverable state and then try to activate/pair it through the device on Vera…no joy. This did use to work. Might have to go back to an older plugin and try.

For anyone reading. All sorted. Was my own issue. I had a 3 gang dimmer switch but one of the lights didn’t have a bulb in, this renders that particular switch useless. Little did i know, that this configuration stops all radio functions of that particular set of switches.

Now on UI7 with everything fully functioning. Still a bit crap that LWRF kit doesn’t report its status to Vera, but hey ho.
