[Solved] Intermittent No Devices for this account, check network/credentials

Hi

I’ve started seeing this message in Vera UI7 for both my and my wife’s phones:

No Devices for this account, check network/credentials

My network is showing no obvious issues.

In the logs I see:
JobHandler_LuaUPnP::CreateDevice_LuaUPnP failed to load 17/D_IPhone.xml so device 17 is offline while waiting for download the file
which seems a little odd needing a file to use a device which has been in place for some months (with no noticeable issues so far)

There’s also an error I can’t find right now about failing to start imp something (sorry, rubbish report, I’ll get the error next time i can find it)

Any ideas?

this error is odd, sounds like a reinstall could eb needed but I d approach vera support for that initially

Thanks. I think I may have isolated an issue with my router, but it needs some time to validate.

My locators were showing this error as well. amg0’s fix here worked for me.

correct. you need 2.41

you can wait until the new version I published gets approved
or
you can open this url in your browser, http://:3480/data_request?id=action&serviceId=urn:micasaverde-com:serviceId:HomeAutomationGateway1&action=CreatePlugin&PluginNum=4686&Version=32912 and let it do its work , ignore all error messages displayed, let the VERA reload once or twice and check that you are running v 2.41 of the plugin
