Hi all,
The following device wich seems to be built in the Rfxcom interface is always reporting 50% humidity. How should I use it?
The temperature sensor works out of the box.
Name : RFX Hum TH3/6913
altid: HS/TH3/6913
Thanks,
Michel

Is it an Oregon RTGR328 ?
Don’t forget to clear your WEB browser cache (after the first device creation).
Maybe the humidity is not changing as fast as temperature.
If you think that it could be a bug in my plugin (I clearly doubt it is), you can try to connect your RFXtrx to a PC and use the application RFXmngr to see what humidity value is received. Then if the value is still not changing, you can contact RFXCOM to ask them if it could be a bug in the RFXtrx.
I do indeed have an oregon “bar 800” with the remote sensor “rtgn318”.
If i connect the rfxtrx to my pc, I can read those values. However, values received by the rfxtrx do not match those displayed on the “bar 800”…
Maybe the display is updated less often.
Anyway, it appears that the remote sensor battery was empty for a long time, I suppose the value reported by the plugin was the last saved one.
Since I didn’t realize my oregon was detected by the rfxtrx, i thought the values did come from a sensor built in the rfxtrx. I understand better now.
Thanks lolodomo!
