When you read this does it not sound threatening and demanding not to mention all of the previous e-mails of this nature(approximately one every three days). It surely sounds threatening and demanding to me.
I’m not sure I know anyone in marketing that would approve this kind of communication. And if your marketing team did it explains a lot.

What’s ironic is I just mentioned to the other user that I paid the fee on Thursday and they said “Oh good so the threatening texts and e-mails will stop”, so apparently it’s not just me.
