I have sensors for the doors to my house and armed by connecting the sensors (Everspring sm103) triggered alarm mode it sometimes because Vera does not receive more info would have

the problem is that I can not watch a log file because luupnp.log lasts only 24 hours I asked yet complete log but I do not know the password to go the search ftp:// logs.micasaverde.com

how to avoid these warnings?

Hi David,

Unfortunately it’s not possible to get the logs from our servers unless you ask them from a MCV employee, but making the logs accessible from the Vera UI to the authenticated users seems like a good idea. Please send me a PM with your Vera serial number and the date you want the logs from.
