Slow Fade Up Rate as Part of Morning Scene

So I am NOT a morning person and would like to program my lights to come on slowly in morning within a half hour period. I don’t think Vera will allow me to do this, it only allows lights to come on/off or set at a level.

I suppose I could setup a new scene and timer every 5 minutes and increment the brightness, but I would love to see a bump up light level option in the interval settings of a timer so say every 5 minutes bump up the light setting 10%.

I’m pretty sure my Leviton master controller allows this, but I would much rather program it in the Vera.

I’m not certain, but I think this kind of functionality will be possible once LUA is implemented. I know they are working on it diligently right now.

I would think the easiest way is to set several sceen/event with 5 min spacing. Each sequential sceen raises the dim level.
let us know if this works.

I did just that, I suppose it’ll be a suitable work around, but I remember fade rates within the Leviton master controller that spanned several hours.
