Setting up Scene/PLEG to remind me I left garage door open at night..

So I have Vera Plus, EVL3, Vista20p Panel and PLEG. I have a wired sensor on each of my garage doors and trying to set up a scene to remind me when I leave the garage door open at night (after a specific time). I tried with Vera Scenes but ran into the issue below:

Trigger - GARAGE DOOR is OPENED WHETHER ARMED OR DISARMED
Time Restrictions set for Mon-Sun 4-5pm (for testing)
Action - Turn on Light (just for testing purposes)

Doesn’t work if it’s left OPEN only works if it’s actually OPENED during that time period. I need a scene to remind me I left it open at night.

Thoughts and step by step help with PLEG?
