Setting UI5 Location

I am having issues setting my location in the UI5 menu. I set my location to Los Angeles. After a few minutes the sunrise/sunset menu pops up. I can select United States, then a few minutes later California, and then I get the error: ERROR: UNABLE_TO_CONNECT_TO_URL. I have looked through previously posted threads, but nothing seems to work. Is there any way I can bypass this menu to set my location or is there a currently known fix to the problem?

These issues are most easily resolved with a call (Use the Phone!) to customer support.
