Set a light to 5% in the gui

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I’ve searched and not found the answer.

Is it possible to set a dimmer to 5% using the gui? It appears to only offer me 10% steps and 10% is too bright for one of my late night scenes. I can set the dimmers using an external program to 5% so I know it’s not the dimmers. I just need to be able to do it in a scene.

Once you set it to 10% in the scene, go to the advanced tab in the scene editor and change the value from 10 to 5.

Maybe the attached image will help. Top arrow shows you where the advanced tab is, and the second lower one shows you wehre you’d change it (in that scene I have those lights set to 100%, so it has 100 in the box)
