Could you please power cycle your Vera Plus (serial ending in 62)? We’ve moved your controller to a different server to help bring it back online.
One of my controllers is offline to your cloud today. Local access is fine, but it’s reporting offline via Login.
I too have this problem for about a day or two.

Thank you for fixing this. My system is working normally again and Google home voice commands are working again.
I can also confirm that Alexa is working and also connecting from outside of my local network.

I have access to three vera hubs. Only one has had the issue resolved. Rebooting has not fixed the other two. Service LED is still out. No API access possible, no getvera login possible. Please advise. You’re closing the trouble ticket was premature.
