I’m away from the Vera2 location, but I need to turn up my heat. I can log into my account, but the Dashboard never populates. I see “Server Busy” in the upper right, and after the attempt times out, I see the popup window saying “data not loading” and giving me several options.
Tech Support does not answer, as it is Saturday afternoon here in Tucson.
I used to have this problem, and I eventually figure out my IP router box (not Vera) was getting stuck, so my internet service would prevent a connection. When that happens you get the Server Busy message.
My solution, which others are using is I plugged a timer in to power cycle the entire internet system (modem, router and Vera) once a day. I’m very happy with the GE 15079 digital timer I got at home depot. It allows you to set the power off in a one minute increment, and it has a battery backup, so you never lose the time setting or timer selections. You can even choose to power cycle on certain days of the week. I’ve been just about rock solid in uptime for well over a year.

I am now at the house, and set the router (Belkin) to automatically reboot itself at 0200 every night. So far, so good.
