Sensors disappear after UI7 upgrade

After the somewhat painful UI5 to UI7 upgrade I started having problems with HomeWave not seeing some of my sensors – notably, the water sensors. They are fully accessible and working 100% from within Vera. I have tried exclusion/inclusion, to no avail. One observation is that they sometimes do appear to work but then go offline and do not show up in the device list when trying to relink them.

I’ll be grateful for any suggestions.

I excluded/included the affected sensor and it’s working again. I’ll update this thread if it happens again.

Devices that have altered device files will most likely disappear on firmware upgrade.

Rather than excluding / including, and if the sensors are still visible in the Vera UI, try tripping the sensors once and re-link them in HomeWave.
