I think this is no normal ask so much question when a registered user want to put a topic in the forum…captchka must be enouhg!!!
Please make it easier for registered user participates in the f?rum!!!

There are security restriction in place to stop bot or deter troll, and other rubbish being dump in the forum. After a number of post, the restriction on the registered user are relaxed.
